As she cared for her aging Father, who lived well into his 90’s, while maintaining her professional life, both on a local and national level, as well as, the duties of being a Mother and wife, Sil recognized that supporting seniors requires more than just skilled nursing visits.

Combining her unique knowledge base and the skills she had acquired through her 20 years of experience in the health care and human resource management, Sil has sculpted a vision into a multifaceted agency which is focused on the needs of elderly and their caregivers regarding real life issues.
